I’m Jennifer Frances, and I take pride in providing a 5-star experience that leaves my clients feeling confident and happy. I am fully qualified, licensed, and insured, having honed my skills through extensive training and working alongside some of the industry’s leading artists. I hold qualifications in: VTCT level 4 Blemish Removal, NVQ level 3 Beauty, and varied courses mainly governed by VTCT, Level 4 VTCT Microblading, and advanced Tattooing.
I have also been fortunate enough to work alongside and be trained by some of the top semi-permanent makeup artists in the country and I’m a proud member of The PMU Circle.
